OUR FACILITY
The Bobby Riggs Racket and Paddle Club is located in beautiful Encinitas, California, just East of I-5 at 875 Santa Fe Drive. Conveniently located and privately owned, we are proud to offer tennis and Pickleball in a personal setting with lots of fun socials a full clinic schedule for adults and juniors and private lessons from one of the best staff in North County San Diego. There are no tennis or Pickleball memberships and the club is open to the public.
Riggs has 22 dedicated pickleball courts with an option for adult beginner and Jr. tennis lessons.
We are also home to the Bobby Riggs Tennis Museum. Bobby Riggs (1918-1995) was ranked world #1 for 3 years, first as an amateur in 1939 and again as a professional in 1946 and 1947. The club houses Mr. Riggs' trophies, awards, medals and even the outfits worn by the legendary Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs in their infamous Battle of the Sexes match.
Our tennis instructional staff is San Diego County's finest and includes two ITF World Champions, a former NCAA collegiate coach, as well as several other highly accomplished coaches.
