Refunds

Follow the steps below to understand if you are qualified for a refund and if so, how to receive your refund.

**Refunds are honored if courts are cancelled 48 hours prior to play, or do to inclement weather**

Step 1: Sign in to your account on yourcourts.com and cancel your reservation (this will only work if it's outside of the 48 hours)

Step 2: Email riggsrefunds@gmail.com with a subject line that says "Refund Request". In your email, please include your name, date and courts canceled

Step 3: BOOM. You did it! Refunds are handled weekly. Please wait 7 days or less to see your refund through.
